Zu niedrige Temperaturen führen zu Trocknungs- und Durchhärtungsproblemen, da die notwendige chemische Reaktion nicht stattfinden kann. Bei unseren Lacken ist das Verhältnis 5:1 (nach Gewicht) das bedeutet, dass Sie 5 Teile Lack und 1 Teil Härter abwiegen und miteinander mischst. Je nachdem wie viel Lack Sie für einen Arbeitsgang benötigen. Nehmen Sie nun am besten eine Küchenwaage, stellen Sie darauf eine leere Dose und füllen Sie dann zuerst z.B. 500 Gramm Lack ein und geben Sie dann noch 100 Gramm Härter dazu. Das wäre dann das angegebene Mischungsverhältnis 5:1 nach Gewicht. Diese Mischung mindestens 1 Minute gut umrühren.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eDie Verarbeitungszeit liegt bei unseren 2K Bootslacken um die 4 - 5 Stunden. Bei manchen Materialien gibt es neben der Topfzeit (Zeit zwischen Anmischen der Farbe und Ende der Verarbeitungszeit) auch noch eine Verarbeitungszeit. Nur in dieser Zeit ist ein optimales Verarbeiten möglich. Danach verschlechtert sich die Verarbeitbarkeit und das Lackierergebnis, auch wenn der Lack noch flüssig und keine Veränderung zu erkennen ist. Deshalb bitte immer nur so viel Lack anmischen, wie in einem Arbeitsgang verarbeitet werden kann.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eStreichen Sie nun den Untergrund.
